We are up on the fifth floor here in Ambedkar Colony Extension. If you are coming from the South Bypass Junction, it is not too hard to find us. It’s a busy part of Ongole, but once you get up to our floor, things quiet down a little bit. We started this place because people around here needed somewhere local to go for these kinds of fertility services. It’s a long day for the staff, usually starting early and staying until the last person is looked after. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that, just some chairs in the waiting area and the equipment we need to do the work. The building itself is okay, though the elevator can be a bit slow sometimes when everyone is trying to get to their offices at once. Most of the people who come in are from the nearby neighborhoods or sometimes they drive in from further out since we’re so close to the bypass. We spend a lot of time on paperwork and talking to families about what’s next for them. It’s not an easy job, but it’s what we do every day. Sometimes it gets crowded in the hallway, especially on Mondays, but we try to keep things moving. We’ve been at this location for a while now and most people in the colony know where we are. It’s just us doing our thing and trying to help out whoever walks through the door.
