Our place, Jilani Real Estate Service, is located at 23-1-363 on Gandhi Road. Most people know where the Indira Gandhi Statue is, and we’re right near that. It’s a pretty central spot, so there’s always something happening outside. Gandhi Road gets quite crowded during the day, which keeps things interesting. We’ve been operating from here for a bit, mostly helping people find houses or small commercial spaces in this part of town. It’s just a regular local office. We don’t go for anything too flashy. Usually, it's just about keeping track of who is selling and who is looking to rent. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and other shopkeepers to see what’s coming up on the market. Being near the statue helps people find us without much trouble. We get all sorts of people walking in, some just asking for directions and others actually looking for a place to stay. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a place has issues, we usually mention it because nobody likes surprises later on. It’s a lot of paperwork and running around to different sites. The weather can make the afternoon quite hot in the office, but we manage. We’ve gotten used to the noise of the traffic on Gandhi Road by now. It’s just part of the daily routine for us here. We aren't a big corporation, just a small local service trying to do a decent job.
