Our place is out in Prakasam district, specifically in M V Palem. It’s a bit quieter here compared to the big cities like Hyderabad or Chennai. We handle our design work from this office. There's a lot of greenery around if you look out the window, which is nice when your eyes get tired from the screen. Life moves at its own pace in this part of Andhra Pradesh. We start our day early, usually before the sun gets too hot. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but inside we have what we need to get through the daily tasks. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power cuts out for a bit, but we make it work. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or big neon signs. It’s all about the actual work we put out. We've stayed in this location because it's where we are comfortable and where our roots are. You won't find us wearing suits or talking in that corporate speak. We just talk like normal people do. It's practical here. We deal with the drawings and the plans day in and day out. It’s steady work. We like it that way. No one is trying to be a hero; we just want to finish the load and go home. It’s a simple setup we’ve got going on here.
