Bvr Mineral

Out here in Pothavaram Post, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. We are located in the Ng Padumandalam area of Prakasham District. It’s a rural spot, surrounded by a lot of open land and some trees. Bvr Mineral has been here for quite some time now. Most of our work involves the minerals we get from around this region. The office is just a small building with a tin roof that gets noisy when it rains. We spend a lot of time talking to the workers and checking the loads. It’s a lot of manual work and looking at what we got coming in. The dust is part of the job here in Prakasham. We have a few old trucks that we use for transport. On hot days, the breeze coming across the fields is the only thing that keeps us going. We don't have any corporate meetings or big presentations. We just talk over tea and figure out the plan for the day. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. We know everyone by name and usually know their families too. It’s a close-knit group. The road to the post office is a bit bumpy, but we’re used to it. There isn't much noise out here, except for the birds and the occasional tractor going by. It's a peaceful way to work compared to the towns. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one near the gate. People who need us usually know exactly where to find us in Ng Padumandalam.
