Dealing with diamond abrasives means things can get pretty dirty and loud, but we are used to the noise. It is a specialized kind of work. Not everyone understands why you need certain types of grits or bonds, but we deal with it every day. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building in Sanjeeva Nagar. Inside, we have our equipment set up and we just get to it. Addanki is a decent place to be based. It’s not too big, so you get to know the regulars who come by. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the stuff we send out. If it isn't right, we don't send it. That’s just common sense. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things about us. It’s just us doing the work and making sure we stay afloat. Sometimes the power goes out or the weather gets too humid, but we manage to keep the machines running. It’s a lot of manual effort and paying attention to small details.
