Chennai Home Loan

We are based out in Pozhichallur. It’s a bit of a trek for some people, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. Chennai Home Loan isn't a big bank with marble floors. We have a small office with a couple of computers that take a few minutes to wake up in the morning. Pozhichallur has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over the years. The street outside can get quite narrow, especially when the vegetable carts are coming through. We spend a lot of time looking over documents and making sure all the signatures are in the right place. It’s a lot of paper, to be honest. Sometimes the printer runs out of ink right when we need it, which is always a bit of a headache. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one that you might miss if you aren't looking for it. The neighbors are friendly, and we often share news about the local water supply or the weather. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the curtains closed to block out the sun. We aren't a high-pressure environment. If a client comes in, we just sit down and talk through things over a glass of water. It’s just how we do things in Pozhichallur, keeping it straightforward and local without any extra bells or whistles. We’ve been here for a few years now, and the routine is the same every day, which is fine by us.
