Our office is located at Plot No- 1770/24 in Journalist Colony. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time which is good when we need to focus on some complicated design work. We have been here for a bit now, and most of our neighbors know us as the people who are always carrying around big tubes of blueprints. Being an architect firm means there is always something going on, whether it is a small house renovation or a bigger project that takes months to figure out. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. Most of us just wear comfortable clothes because we spend half our time on dusty building sites anyway. The office is usually filled with the sound of computers humming and someone arguing with a supplier over the price of bricks or wood. We try to be practical about things. When someone comes in with an idea, we look at the reality of the plot and the budget first. It’s better to be honest about what can be built than to promise something that won’t work out later. Journalist Colony is a decent place to be based. It’s easy for clients to find us once they get the plot number right. We handle a mix of everything here, from the initial sketches to the final paperwork that nobody really likes doing but has to be done. It is just a normal day-to-day business for us.
