We are located at No. 13, R. E. Nagar 3rd Street in Pour. It’s a relatively quiet street compared to the main parts of town, which is good for what we do. We run a manpower consultancy, which basically means we spend our whole day talking to people. Some are looking for work, and some are looking for workers. Our office is a simple setup with a few desks and chairs where we can sit down and go through resumes or talk to someone about their experience. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just try to see who might be a good fit for the jobs we know about. Sometimes it’s hard because people are stressed about finding a job, and we do our best to listen and see what’s available. We’ve been in Pour for a while now and have seen a lot of people come through our doors. Not everyone gets a job immediately, and we don’t promise things we can't do. We just look at the skills and try to match them up with what companies are asking for. The work involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of different files. It’s a lot of small details that you have to get right. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where work happens. We keep regular hours and try to be helpful to whoever walks in or calls us up during the week.
