Century Tools

We are located at Plot No. 20A in S.S. Nagar, specifically on 1st Street in Karambakkam, Porur. It is an area with a lot of workshops and small businesses, so we fit right in. Century Tools is basically a big room full of all kinds of equipment that people need for their jobs. We have been here for a long time and have seen the neighborhood grow around us. The shop is not very organized in a way that a big store would be, but we know where everything is. If you come in looking for something, we can usually find it if you give us a minute. We spend a lot of time cleaning and maintaining the tools so they are ready to go. Porur is a busy part of town, but our little street is a bit quieter than the main roads. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that people know us and know that we have been here for years. It is just a few of us working here every day. We enjoy the work and the people who come in to see us. Sometimes we just sit and talk shop with the customers for a bit. It is a local business and we plan on staying that way for a long time. It is dusty but it is home.
