Infocom Id Creation

We started Infocom Id Creation a while back in Stewart Gunj, right near the Bamboo Flat post office in the South Andaman district. It is not a very big operation, just a small place where we focus on making ID cards for the schools and local businesses around here. Living on the island means things move a bit slower, and we like it that way. We don't have a fancy office with glass walls or anything. Instead, it’s just a room with our computers and the laminating machines. Most of our day is spent making sure names are spelled right and photos are clear enough to recognize. Sometimes the humidity messes with the printer settings, so we have to adjust things often. We aren't a big corporation with many branches; it is just us here in the village. People usually find us by walking in after they’ve been to the post office. We’ve become a regular stop for parents whose kids lost their school badges. We don't do much marketing or have a big sign outside. We just rely on the fact that people know where we are. It is a simple job, but it’s important for the folks who live in this part of Andaman. We try to be helpful and get things done as quickly as the power supply allows. It is just an honest, local business run by people who live right here in the neighborhood.
