We are tucked away in the Marthoma Church Complex at Golghar. It's right behind the Yelahanka station. You have to go around the back of the station to find us, which can be a bit confusing for new people. The building is a bit old but it serves its purpose for what we do. We deal with boxes of medicine and medical supplies all day long. It's mostly a lot of heavy lifting and moving crates around on pallets. The warehouse part of the office stays cool, which is nice when it's hot outside. We have to be very careful with the labels and making sure everything goes into the right truck. It’s not a very exciting place to work but it’s steady. We hear the trains coming and going from the station all day long. Sometimes the dust from the tracks gets inside and we have to wipe down the desks every morning before we start. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine. We just have a small kitchen area where we eat our lunch together. Most of the people working here have been around for a long time. We know the delivery drivers by name and we know when they are likely to show up. It’s a lot of routine. We check the stock, load the vans, and fill out the logs. There is always a lot of cardboard lying around that needs to be recycled. It’s just a busy hub in Yelahanka.
