Working in Porbandar has its challenges, like getting supplies delivered on time, but we’ve learned how to handle the local quirks. There’s no corporate ladder here; we all just work together. If a truck breaks down or a plan needs changing, we just fix it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished brochures. We just want to do a decent day’s work and head home. The office at Station Plot is where we gather in the mornings to plan and in the evenings to wrap things up. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy and out of trouble most days.
