Samrat Polymers

Our workshop is at Plot No. 128 in the GIDC Estate in Vanana. We deal with polymers, which means we spend a lot of time around plastic molding machines. It is not a quiet place to work. There is always the hum of the motors and the smell of warm plastic. Samrat Polymers is a small operation. We have a few machines that we’ve been running for years. They are reliable if you take care of them. We make various plastic components based on what our customers ask for. The GIDC in Vanana is a good spot for us, even if it feels a bit tucked away. We don't have a sales team or a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships with other businesses. We spend our days checking the molds and making sure the quality is okay. It gets pretty hot inside during the summer, so we keep the fans going as much as we can. We are just regular people who know our way around a plastic factory. We don't use any corporate jargon or talk about missions. We just have orders to fill and we do our best to get them done. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to fix it ourselves, but that’s just part of the day. We like the work we do and we’ve been at this plot for a good while.
