Saffron Knitting Fabric Llp

Our setup covers a fair amount of ground here, stretching across plots 46 to 49 and then again from 56 to 67. It’s a lot of space, but we need it for all the knitting machines and the big rolls of fabric that pile up. The air is always full of that faint lint smell, and the sound is a constant rhythmic clicking and whirring. We spend our days watching the needles and making sure the yarn doesn’t snag or break. It’s a lot of watching and waiting, then moving quickly when something needs changing. We handle all sorts of fabrics, and the colors change depending on what the customers are asking for that week. It’s not a quiet place, but it has its own kind of pace that you get into. We don’t really have a big office; most of the work happens right there on the floor where the machines are. When a shipment is ready, we load it up and get it moving out. It takes a lot of coordination to keep track of so many plots, but we’ve found a way to make it work over the years. We aren't interested in making things look polished for visitors. It’s a working mill, so there are threads on the floor and crates stacked in the corners. We just focus on keeping the machines running and making sure the fabric is what it needs to be.
