Our place at Plot No. 153-154 in the GIDC Estate in Vanana is where we spend most of our waking hours. Having two plots gives us a bit more room to breathe, which is helpful when we have a lot of material coming in at once. We’ve set things up so that one side is for the heavy machines and the other is for storage and packing. It’s a practical arrangement that works for the small crew we have here. Vanana is a decent place to work, though it gets quite dusty when the wind picks up. We don't have any fancy signs or a reception area with snacks. Usually, if someone comes by, they just walk into the main bay and find one of us. We focus on the practical side of things—making sure the parts are cut right and the welds are strong. There is always a lot of clanking and the smell of oil in the air, but that's just part of the job. We don’t try to sound like a big company because we aren't. We're just a local business trying to do a good job for the people who trust us with their orders. We take our lunch together under the shade of the back wall, and then it’s back to the machines until evening. It's a simple life, and we take pride in just getting through the day's tasks without any unnecessary drama or delays.
