Down here in Porbandar, we are located at 304/B Millenium Tower. It is right in the Wadi Plot area. The building is a bit of a local landmark, so people usually don't have trouble finding us if they need to drop something off. Being in Gujarat state, we deal with the usual humidity, but being in Porbandar means we get a bit of a sea breeze now and again. Our office is part of the wider Tata Chemicals Ltd. network, but we focus on what needs to happen right here in Mithapur and the surrounding Gujarat state areas. The tower has other businesses too, so there is always people coming and going in the elevator. Our space is functional; we have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a view of the street below. We spend our hours tracking shipments and making sure the paperwork for the chemicals is all in order. It’s not the kind of place you see in movies. It’s just a room where people work hard and talk about the cricket scores during their breaks. We have a few posters on the wall to make it look a bit more cheerful, but mostly it is just about getting the tasks done. Porbandar is a town with a lot of history, and we are just a small part of its daily life now. We keep things moving, one day at a time.
