Shiv Shrusti Mineral is located on Sanala Road, quite near Gandhi Chowk. It’s a very central part of the area, so there is always a lot of activity outside our door. Gandhi Chowk is a major landmark, which makes it easy for people to find us. Our workspace is very basic and functional. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. It's mostly just storage space for the minerals we deal with. These materials are heavy and can be quite messy to handle. We spend a lot of our time moving things around and checking the quality of what we receive. It’s a lot of physical work. We don't use fancy computers for everything; a lot of our notes are still kept in paper ledgers. The team is small, and we’ve all worked together for a long time. Sanala Road can get very congested, especially in the evenings, which can make things a bit stressful when we have deliveries. We don’t have a website or a marketing person. Most people just know us from being in the neighborhood for so long. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We just take each day as it comes and try to stay on top of the orders. The office isn't much to look at, but it serves its purpose. We just value being a part of the local business community.
