I work as a tax consultant and my office is located right opposite Kirti Mandir. It is a well-known spot in town, so people usually do not have much trouble finding me. The space is small and mostly filled with stacks of files and tax law books that have been there for years. I spend most of my day sitting at my desk, going through returns and helping people figure out their paperwork. Being near Kirti Mandir means there is always a bit of life outside the window, with people visiting the temple and going about their day. It is a very different vibe from the big corporate offices in the cities. Here, people just walk in with their folders and we sit down to talk about their accounts. I have been doing this for a long time, so I know a lot of the families and local business owners around here. There is always a lot of tea being drunk while we look over the numbers. Tax season is obviously the busiest time, and the office gets a bit cluttered then, but I manage to keep things moving. I do not use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still about double-checking the details by hand. It is just me here, providing a simple service to the neighborhood. If you are near the temple, you will see my sign. It is a quiet, steady way to work and I plan to keep it that way.
