Kgn Minerals

The GIDC industrial area is where we spend all our time. Kgn Minerals is located at Plot No 593, and it’s about as industrial as you can get. There’s a lot of heavy machinery moving around, and the ground is almost always covered in a fine layer of dust from the minerals we process. It’s hot work, especially in the summer, and the shed can get quite loud when the equipment is running at full speed. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come looking for us, you’ll probably find us near the loading bay or in the tiny office cabin near the gate. We’ve got a bunch of hard-working guys who don't mind getting their hands dirty. The trucks come in and out all day long, and there’s a lot of shouting to be heard over the noise of the engines. We just focus on the raw materials. It’s basic, honest work. There isn't much room for anything else. We eat our tiffins together in the shade when we can find a quiet moment. It’s the kind of place where you know everyone by their first name and you don't worry too much about appearances. We just make sure the mineral loads are weighed correctly and sent out on time. The days are long and the work is physical, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep the wheels turning and get through the week.
