Our office is tucked away at Plot No 1 in Shyam Park Soc, which is over in Bagvadar. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, though things get busy when we have a lot of shipments moving through. Cargo and export-import work means we spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists. We aren't located in a big skyscraper; it’s just a regular spot in a society where we can handle our business. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait to send off the emails, which can be a bit frustrating. We’ve been operating from 360590 for a bit now and the locals know who we are. We don’t have a big sign with lights or anything like that. Most of our work involves making sure the goods get from one place to another without any major hiccups. It’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with customs or transport companies. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just moving things around and making sure people get what they ordered. My desk is usually covered in folders and old coffee mugs. We try to keep things organized, but when three trucks show up at once, it gets a bit chaotic. That’s just part of the job and we wouldn’t have it any other way, really.
