Ajay Trading Co. is right here on Hanti Tanki Rd. We’ve been at Bharat Khar Chowk for a good while now. It’s a busy spot, mostly because of the traffic moving through the junction. The shop itself isn't huge, but we pack a lot of stuff into the shelves. Most days, it’s just us handling the stock and talking to people who walk in looking for things. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the road right there, but you get used to it. We open up early and stay until the sun goes down usually. There isn't much fancy about how we do things. People know where we are because of the big water tank nearby. If you’re coming from the main crossing, it's easy to spot us. We handle a variety of items, mostly just what people in the area need for their daily work. It can get pretty hectic when the trucks are unloading out front. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the piles of inventory get ahead of us. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you see the same faces every day. We aren't trying to be the biggest place, just a steady one that stays open. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside on the stools for a bit. It’s just the way things are around here. We’ve known the neighbors for years. That’s about it for us.
