K.K General Store

Our little shop, K.K General Store, is right near the Jhulah Bridge on Kalakote Road in Badol. It's a small place, honestly. Most people use the bridge as a landmark to find us. We've been here for a while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot, but we’re still in the same spot. It gets a bit damp when it rains because we're close to the water, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We sell all sorts of everyday things. Nothing out of the ordinary. The shelves are a bit crowded because we try to fit a lot in a small space. It might look a little cluttered to someone new, but we know where everything is kept. We don't have a big staff. Usually, it's just me or a cousin watching the front desk. The bridge brings in a lot of foot traffic, which is good for us. Sometimes we just sit on the bench outside when things are slow. It’s a decent living. We don’t have any big goals of expanding or becoming some huge company. Just keeping the store running and serving the folks here is enough for us. Badol is a quiet place for the most part. Kalakote Road can get some heavy trucks, but otherwise, it's just locals walking by. We’re just happy to be a part of the daily life in this area and keep K.K General Store going.
