L And T is located on the 2nd Floor of the Tc 1 Building. You can find us on Mount Poonamallee Road. It’s a huge road and the traffic can be really bad during the day. Our office is a busy place where we handle a lot of different projects. We have a lot of people working here, but it doesn't feel like a big corporate machine most of the time. It’s more like a bunch of teams trying to get their work done before the deadline. We deal with lots of drawings and technical documents. Sometimes the air conditioning breaks and it gets a bit warm on the second floor, but we just open the windows and keep going. We aren't the type to use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just focus on the engineering and the planning. The Tc 1 Building is a decent place to work. We have a small area where we eat our lunch and talk about things other than work. We’ve been at this location on Mount Poonamallee Road for a good while. It’s not perfect, and sometimes the elevators are slow, but it’s our workplace. We don't have any shiny brochures about our values. We just try to do the jobs we are given and make sure the math is right. It’s a lot of hours at the desk, but it is what we do to keep things moving.
