Abu Tours Travels

Abu Tours Travels is located at No. 926 on Poonamallee High Road. It’s a very busy road with a lot of traffic, so there’s always the sound of horns and engines outside our door. We help people figure out their travel plans, whether they’re going across the country or just taking a short trip to the next state over. We have a lot of brochures sitting around the office, even though most things are done on the computer these days. People still seem to like coming in and talking to a real person face-to-face when they are spending money on a trip. We sit here and look for flights and buses that fit into the budget people give us. It’s a lot of clicking through different websites to find a decent price that isn't too expensive. We’ve been on Poonamallee High Road for quite a while now and we know the area well. The office isn't very big, but we have enough space for a couple of desks and some chairs where people can sit while they wait. Sometimes we get really busy and the phone won't stop ringing all afternoon. We just take it one person at a time and try to stay organized. It's a very straightforward business. We don't have any fancy membership clubs or rewards points. We just book the tickets and hand over the papers. It’s practical work and we enjoy doing it for the neighborhood. It keeps us busy most days.
