We are located at units 118 and 119 inside the Sipcot Industrial Complex in Gummidipoondi. It’s a massive place, and it can take a minute to find our specific units if you aren’t used to the layout. We handle various minerals here. It’s a lot of heavy bags and dusty floors. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and the routine hasn't changed much. We get the shipments in, we process what needs processing, and we send it back out. It’s physical work. Most of the guys here have been with us since the start. We aren't big on meetings or corporate talk. We just get the day’s tasks done and go home. The industrial complex is always humming with activity, which keeps us on our toes. Gummidipoondi is a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s where the work is. We don’t really have a fancy office space. Our desk is usually covered in paperwork and samples from the latest batches. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide the minerals that the bigger factories need. It’s a small part of a big system, but it’s our part. Some days the machines act up and we have to spend the afternoon covered in grease, but that’s just part of the deal. We take it as it comes. We're usually out the door by six and ready to do it again tomorrow.
