Down here in Gingini, at Chadhra Kullam, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. I started King In Arts because I didn't want to work in a typical office. It’s a simple setup. We have a roof over our heads and plenty of space to spread out our tools and materials. Most of what we do is just manual labor mixed with a bit of drawing and design. It’s a family thing, mostly. My brother is usually here helping me move things around. We don't have fancy uniforms or a front desk. If you come by, you’ll probably find us covered in paint or sawdust. The air here is nice, though. We get a good breeze through the open doors. People from the village come by to see what we're working on. We don't have a catalog of things to buy. We just talk to people and see what they need for their homes or shops. It’s a practical way to live. We’ve been at this address for years and don't plan on moving. The floor is concrete and the walls are a bit stained, but it’s a good place to work. We aren't trying to be famous. We just like the work. Sometimes we close early if the weather is too good to stay inside. That's just how we do things here in Gingini. It keeps us happy enough and keeps the bills paid.
