Ramya Exports

Ramya Exports is located at No. 705 D on Amman Kovil Street. We are in Ponnamaravathy, which is a place where everyone kind of knows each other. Our business is about sending things out, mostly local goods that people elsewhere might need. The office is really just a front room where we keep the boxes and the paperwork. We spend a lot of time packing things up carefully. Amman Kovil Street can be narrow, so when the delivery vans come, it gets a bit tight for everyone else. We try to be quick about it. We don't have a lot of employees, just a couple of us handling the orders and making sure the labels are correct. It isn't a high-tech setup. We use an old printer and a lot of tape. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is due to leave. We started this because we saw a need for a way to get local products to bigger markets. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is the only day the shop is truly quiet. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just do what we say we will do and people seem to appreciate that. If you are ever on Amman Kovil Street, you will probably see us loading a truck.
