Yazhini Event Management

Yazhini Event Management is located at No 14 on New Uppalavadi Street in Pondicherry. We are quite close to the church there. It’s a quiet enough street, but we stay busy with our work. We manage events, which basically means we handle the logistics that other people don’t want to deal with. It involves a lot of list-making and checking in with different people around town. We aren't a big, polished agency. We’re just a small group working out of our office near the church. Pondicherry has its own pace, and we try to stick to that. We don't use a lot of marketing talk or try to impress anyone with big promises. We just look at what needs to be done for a particular event and we do it. Sometimes it’s a lot of work for a short amount of time, and then things get quiet again. That’s the rhythm of this business. We’ve been here on New Uppalavadi Street for a while now. The locals know where to find us. We prefer to keep things simple and direct. If someone asks for something we can't do, we tell them. We find that being honest is better than making mistakes later. Our days are spent coordinating and making sure things show up on time. It’s practical work, and we enjoy being part of the community here. We just take it one day at a time.
