True Power Solutions (P) Limited

We are located at B-74 in the Pipdic Industrial Estate over in Mettupalayam. Working in an industrial estate means there is always the sound of machinery and trucks moving around outside. It gets quite hot in this part of the world, especially in the afternoons when the sun hits the metal roof of the building. We’ve got some big fans that help, but it’s still a bit sweaty. The space is mostly filled with equipment and supplies, leaving just enough room for us to move around. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a fancy meeting, but it suits what we do just fine. We have a small corner for making coffee and taking a few minutes off. The floor is concrete and has some stains from old spills that won't come out. Most of the other units nearby are doing similar work, so there’s a sense of everyone just doing their own thing. Sometimes we borrow tools from the guys next door, and they do the same with us. It’s a working environment through and through. We don’t have a lot of decorations, just a calendar on the wall and some old photos. The gate to our unit is a bit heavy to pull shut at night, but we’re used to it. It’s just the daily grind at the estate, keeping things running as best as we can. We are here most days until the sun goes down.
