You can find Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. over at No 10 B Lane on Arch Road in Thattanchavadi. It’s a busy little spot, especially when the delivery vans are coming and going throughout the morning. The lane isn't very wide, so it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of packages to move. Being in the courier business means we are always on the clock. There are piles of boxes and envelopes everywhere, sorted by where they need to go next. It’s not the most organized-looking place if you’re just walking in for the first time, but we know where everything is. The staff here spends a lot of time on their feet. We are constantly checking labels and loading things up. The Arch Road area has a lot of activity, so there’s always background noise from the street. It’s a simple setup—just some counters, some scales, and a lot of shelf space. We don’t really have time for much else besides the parcels. The fans are usually humming to keep the dust off the stacks. Sometimes the computers act up, or the printer runs out of ink right when we are in a hurry, which is just how it goes in a place like this. People come in with their packages, we weigh them, and they go into the system. It’s a repetitive cycle but it keeps us busy. We don’t have any fancy waiting lounge or anything like that. Just a few chairs for when things get slow.
