Sri Manakular Travels

Our office is situated at No 20 on Tagore Nagar 1st Main Road, which is part of the Lawspet area in Pondicherry. It is a fairly residential neighborhood, so we don't have the same crazy noise as the city center, which is nice for us. Sri Manakular Travels is a place where we help people figure out their transportation. We have been operating from this same spot for a while now. The building is just a regular one, nothing that stands out too much, but our neighbors know us well. Most of our work involves talking to people about where they want to go and finding a way to get them there. We use simple ledgers and a couple of computers to keep track of everything. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan running full speed while we work. There is no big mystery to what we do. We just take bookings and try to make sure everything goes as planned. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. If we do a good job, people come back, and that is how we have stayed in business this long. It is just a few of us here every day, making sure the cars are ready and the schedules are set. We like being in Tagore Nagar because it feels like a real community where everyone knows each other and says hello in the morning.
