Southern Electro Cords

Working at Southern Electro Cords means being out here on the road that goes from Thavalakuppam over toward Madugarai. Our place is No. 46 in Abishegapakkam, specifically in the Pangajam Nagar area. It’s a decent spot to be because there is always some traffic moving between the two towns, which keeps things from feeling too isolated. We spend the hours dealing with cords and electrical items, mostly just sorting through parts and making sure everything is put together right. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it’s sturdy and gives us the space we need for the machines and the storage. We usually start early before the sun gets too hot on the road. Pangajam Nagar is a bit of a mix of residential and small businesses like ours, so you see a lot of familiar faces during the lunch break. Sometimes the trucks going to Madugarai make a bit of noise, but we are used to that by now. We don't have a big corporate setup, just a small team of us who know how the equipment works and what needs to get packed for the day. It’s practical work, hands-on, and it keeps us busy from Monday through Saturday. We just keep our heads down and get the cords ready. It is a simple routine but it works for everyone here at No. 46 and the surrounding neighborhood is quite friendly once you get to know folks.
