South India Polymers

Our place is South India Polymers, and we are located at No. 8 R. S No. 110 / 5 in the Sedarapet Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial estate means it’s all about business around here. There are trucks coming and going all day long. Our facility is where we handle all the polymer work. It’s a practical building, designed for moving materials around rather than looking pretty. We’ve been part of the Sedarapet community for quite some time. It gets loud and it gets dusty, but that’s the nature of the work. We aren't a massive multinational corporation. We’re a local outfit that focuses on getting the orders out on time. Sometimes the machines need repairs and that slows us down, but we just deal with it. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just show up, do the work, and go home. The guys on the floor know their jobs well. Most of us have been here since the start. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the production line. We keep the paperwork in a small office near the front. If you come by, you’ll probably see us loading or unloading something. It’s a straightforward industrial life. The canteen nearby has decent food so we eat there mostly. It is a long commute for some of us, but we make it work. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot.
