We've been at No.23 on 3rd Cross in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar for a bit now. People in New Saram probably know the building. We focus on training and helping people pick up new skills because that's what's needed these days. Being in Pondicherry is nice, the pace is just right. We started Skill Buddy India Private Limited to help out folks looking for a leg up in their jobs. It’s not a huge fancy office or anything, just a place where things get done. Some days it’s quiet, other days there’s a lot going on with students and classes. We keep things pretty simple. If you're walking around the 605013 area, you might spot us. We don't really do the big flashy ads. Most people hear about us from someone else. It's just a small team of us working here. We try to keep the coffee pot full and the chairs comfortable enough for a long session. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets a bit loud, but inside we just focus on the lessons. Teaching people isn't always easy, but it's what we do every day. We’ve seen a lot of different people come through our doors over the years. Some are young, some are a bit older, but everyone is just trying to learn something useful. We don't have all the answers, but we try to help where we can. It’s a decent living and it feels okay at the end of the day.
