Shri Eshwary Bags

We are located at Plot No. 5 on Vivekanathar Street in Roja Nagar. It is a quiet enough area in Arumpathapuram, near the Raja Rajeswari Amman Temple. We make and sell bags here. Mostly, we focus on things people use every day, like grocery bags or simple totes. We started the business right here in the neighborhood. It is not a big factory, just a place where we have our sewing machines set up. My family helps out with the stitching and the packing. We like being close to the temple because it is easy for people to find us when they are out for their prayers. The street is mostly residential, so we know our neighbors well. We often have rolls of fabric leaning against the walls and threads all over the floor. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. We do not use any fancy marketing. Usually, someone buys a bag, likes it, and tells their friend. That is how we have grown over time. We are not looking to become some huge company. We just want to keep making bags that do not rip the first time you put something heavy in them. It is a simple life. We open early and stay until the work for the day is done. If you are walking down Vivekanathar Street, you can probably hear the machines humming from the sidewalk.
