Our place is located at 43 on Third Cross in Balaji Nagar. It’s a standard street with a mix of houses and small businesses. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and most of the neighbors know us. The building is nothing special to look at, just a regular structure with a small sign. Inside, we have our workspace set up for handling our specialty items. It’s mostly shelves and worktables. We don't really have a lot of visitors, so we don't worry about keeping the front area looking like a showroom. It’s more of a place where we get the actual work done. The team is small, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the routine and what needs to be packed or sorted each day. Sometimes the delivery vans have trouble finding the right cross street, so we have to stand out on the corner to wave them down. Balaji Nagar is a quiet enough place for the most part. We have our tea breaks at the same time every afternoon. The paperwork is mostly done on a single desk that is always piled with invoices. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come. It’s a simple way to run a business without any extra fuss. We do our best to stay organized, but sometimes things get a bit hectic during the busy weeks.
