Our address is Number 41 on the Cuddalore Main Road in Thavalakuppam. If you spend any time in Pondicherry, you know how busy this road gets with all the buses and bikes going back and forth. Our office is right there, so it’s easy for people to stop in while they are out doing their shopping. We are a Nidhi company, and we spend our days helping the community with their small savings and loans. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we do. The office has the usual desks and plenty of files stacked up. Sometimes the noise from the traffic outside is loud, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't bother with marketing phrases or corporate looks. We are just local people doing our jobs. Customers come in, we talk about their accounts, and we fill out the forms. It is all very straightforward and honest. We like being in Thavalakuppam because it’s a real place where everyone knows everyone. Our doors are open for whoever needs to sort out their money matters. We don’t try to act like a big bank. We just focus on keeping the books balanced and being there when people need us. It’s a steady life on the main road, and we’re happy to be doing it for our neighbors.
