Rdn Travels

Our place is at 21/3, Nagalathu Back Street in Pondicherry. It’s a bit of a quiet side street, which is a nice change from the main roads. Rdn Travels has been here for a good while. We also serve Kanchipuram, so we are often busy coordinating trips between these two places. The office isn’t much to look at. It’s just a room with some desks, a couple of old computers, and a lot of maps taped to the walls. We don't have any professional decorators or anything like that. It’s a place for work. Nagalathu Back Street has a very local feel to it. You see the same neighbors every day. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone they know told them about us. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with drivers or talking to people who walk in. It’s not a fancy job, but it’s what we do. The office can get a bit hot in the afternoons, so the fan is always going. We keep a log of everything by hand in big books sometimes. It’s an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for us. We don't make big promises or use corporate language. We just focus on the travel needs of the people who come to see us. It’s a steady, honest business. We just keep our heads down and get the bookings sorted out.
