Our place is on Maraimalai Adigal Salai in the Nellithope area, which is a very busy part of Pondicherry. We are lucky to be right opposite the New Bus Stand, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside our door. Being near the bus stand means we see a lot of travelers every single day, some just passing through and others looking for a way to reach the interior parts of the city. Ramiyaa Travel Services has been around for some time now, and we just try to keep things moving. It gets very crowded on weekends when everyone is trying to leave town or coming in for a visit. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating things. The office is not very big, but it serves the purpose for what we need to do. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard for cars to pull up, but we manage somehow. We do not have any big corporate talk here, just a few of us working to get people where they need to go. Most of our customers are locals from Nellithope or people who just stepped off a long-distance bus. It can be a bit chaotic with the horns honking outside all day, but you get used to it after a while. We just keep the files organized and wait for the next person to walk in and ask for help.
