We are over at 500 Bharathi Street, right in the heart of the Bouleward area here in Pondicherry. Rainbow Travels And Holidays is part of the same setup as the industrial service, so it’s a bit of a busy corner. This part of town has that specific Pondy feel, with the old buildings and the narrow streets that get packed with scooters and tourists. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s a functional space where we handle all the bookings and sort out the transport details. We started this because we realized people needed a reliable way to see the town and the surrounding areas without any drama. It’s a lot of work coordinating everything, especially when the weather gets really hot and everyone wants to be in an air-conditioned car at the same time. We don't have a marketing team or a polished sales pitch. We just answer the phone, tell you what we can do, and then we do it. Sometimes the traffic on Bharathi Street is a nightmare, but we’ve learned how to work around it. Most of our staff have lived here forever, so they know all the little shortcuts. We just try to keep things moving and make sure our clients aren't left waiting around. It’s a busy life running a travel business in a place like this, but it’s what we know.
