Our place is at No-25 on Laras Road. It is a simple setup we have here for Pond Real Estate. We spend most of our time out on the road looking at different plots and houses, so the office is often just a place to file things. It’s not a big corporate building, just a local spot where we handle the paperwork for buying and selling property. We know Laras Road like the back of our hand. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get around, but we manage. We aren't the type to wear suits every day. Usually, it's just jeans and a shirt because we are always walking through building sites or muddy fields. If you come by, you might find us drinking coffee and looking over some old property deeds. We try to keep things clear for our clients so there aren't any surprises later on. Real estate can be complicated with all the legal bits, so we just try to explain it simply. We’ve helped a few families on this block find their homes. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time. We don't spend money on big ads, we just rely on people telling their friends about us. If we are not in, there’s usually a note on the door saying when we’ll be back. That is just how we run things around here, keeping it basic and honest for everyone who walks in.
