Pondy Hi- Tech Machineries

Pondy Hi- Tech Machineries is located at B-3 in the Rural Industrial Estate in Kattukuppam. Despite the "Hi-Tech" in our name, our daily life is pretty down-to-earth. We work in a standard industrial unit, the kind with high ceilings and a lot of metal sounds echoing around. We focus on machineries, mostly for local small-scale industries that need reliable tools. The estate at Kattukuppam is a bit out of the way, but it gives us the space we need to move big parts around without bothering too many people. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy office. Most of the space is taken up by the machines themselves and the tools we use to maintain them. The staff here usually has grease on their hands by mid-morning. It’s honest work. We spend a lot of time talking to customers who come in looking for specific parts or help with a breakdown. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate talk; we just tell them what we can do and how long it will take. Sometimes parts are hard to find and we have to wait, but we always keep our customers in the loop. It’s a small operation, but we’ve been at B-3 for a while now and the locals know we’re dependable for a fair day's work. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
