Our office is on Lenin Street, right in the Kosapalayam area of Pondicherry. If you know the neighborhood, it's pretty easy to find us at number 169. It’s a busy stretch of road, and there’s always something going on outside our window. We’ve been operating NRILLY REALESTATE LLP from here for a while, mostly dealing with local plots and house rentals in the Saram area. The building is older, and we’ve got a small sign out front so people don’t walk past. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, talking to clients or making phone calls to check on property titles. The heat in Pondicherry can be a lot, so we try to keep things cool inside, though the door opens and closes a dozen times an hour. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just focus on what’s happening in our own backyard. Sometimes we have to head out to check on a site in the rain, which is always a bit of a mess. Most of our work is just explaining things to people and making sure the documents are right. It’s quiet work mostly, interrupted by the sounds of scooters and buses passing by on the street. We stay busy enough with the locals who know where we are. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here, nothing flashy, just a place to get the real estate work done.
