Naagu Imports and Exports LLP is situated at No.15/A on the Fourth Cross in Anna Nagar, Nellithope. This is right in the heart of Puducherry. If you’ve ever been to Nellithope, you know it’s a busy, crowded area with lots of small shops and people always on the move. Our office is tucked away in one of those streets. It’s a humble place, just a room with a few desks and a lot of files. Dealing with imports and exports means we are always looking at the clock and trying to figure out shipping times. It can be stressful when things are stuck at the port, but we’ve learned to be patient over the years. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just rely on the relationships we’ve built with people over time. Sometimes the traffic in Anna Nagar makes it hard for the trucks to get through, so we have to do a lot of planning for the logistics. We are just regular people trying to make a living by connecting different markets. Usually, you’ll find us drinking tea and talking loudly over the noise of the street. It’s not a polished corporate environment, but it’s where we feel at home. We’ve been at this for some time now, and we just take each day as it comes, one shipment at a time.
