Magna Polymer

Magna Polymer is located at B-180/181 in the Pipdic Industrial Estate. We are out in Mettupalayam, which is a busy industrial hub. Having two units next to each other gives us a bit more room to breathe, but it’s still an industrial shop at heart. The floors are concrete and there’s always the smell of materials in the air. We’ve been here for a good long stretch. The routine is pretty much the same every day. We start early before it gets too hot, though in Mettupalayam, the heat finds you anyway. It’s a tight-knit group of workers here. We don't have fancy titles or a big management layer. Everyone knows what their job is and they just get on with it. The estate can be a bit loud with all the other factories running, but you stop noticing it after the first hour. We deal with a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the machines are fed. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a lounge or a fancy meeting room. If we need to talk, we just stand by the machines or sit on some crates. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for what we do. We’re just a local outfit doing our part in the industrial estate. It is nothing fancy, just a lot of hard work. We have got a small fan in the corner that barely does anything.
