MONEY-BEE NIDHI LIMITED

Right now, we are working from 105/3 Annal Gandhiadigal Salai. The office is actually part of Usman Ali’s house, or his wife’s to be exact. It’s a very simple setup, which is fine by us. We are a Nidhi company, so our day is mostly spent looking after small savings and bits of paperwork for the people who live nearby. The street outside is usually full of life, and we are just another part of the neighborhood. We don’t have a marketing budget or any of that fancy stuff, so we just rely on people knowing us. It’s a lot of sitting down with neighbors and going over their passbooks or explaining how the savings work. We use everyday English and try not to make things sound more complicated than they are. The desks are a bit old, and the chairs might squeak, but we get the job done every single day. Most of our customers are people we know by their first names. It’s a practical way to run a business.
