We mostly sit at our desks and handle bookings for buses, trains, or whatever else folks are asking for that day. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can get the work done and talk to customers who walk in. Some days it is quiet and other days the phone won't stop ringing. Being near Brindavanam makes it a central spot for many of our regulars who live around here. We try to keep things simple.
