Leefarm Feeds Private Limited

Leefarm Feeds Private Limited is located over in Konjimangalam, specifically on the Main Road. We are under the care of Lenin Saminathan and fall under the Kilianur Post. It’s a straightforward feed business. We spend most of our time dealing with the various supplies that farmers in this area need for their animals. The building is right there on the main road, so we see a lot of people passing by every day. It is a dusty kind of job, working with all the dry grain and fodder. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just us working out of this spot to make sure the local livestock has enough to eat. We have to keep a close eye on the inventory because things run out fast during the busy seasons. There’s no air conditioning in the warehouse, so it gets pretty warm in the afternoons. We just drink a lot of tea and keep going. The neighbors know us well, and we often stop to chat when things aren't too frantic. We aren't trying to sell anyone on anything fancy. We just have the feed that works, and we sell it at the usual rate. It’s the kind of work that makes you tired by the end of the day, but it’s good to be part of the farming community here in Konjimangalam. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and keeping the shop open. There is always more grain to move.
