We are located at 543 Vazhudavour Road in the Muthirapalayam area. This is where we do all our leather work. It is a proper workshop, so there is always the sound of machines running and the heavy smell of treated hides in the air. We started out small and just stayed in this same spot as we grew over the years. The building is a bit industrial, with high ceilings and big windows to let the heat out during the day. We do not have a fancy front office. If you come by, you will probably see us in our work clothes, covered in a bit of dust. We make various leather goods, mostly focusing on things that need to be sturdy and hold up over time. We cut the leather by hand for many of our items because we think it turns out better that way. The staff here are mostly locals from the neighborhood who have been with us for a long time. We do not go in for big branding or expensive labels. We just put the items in boxes and send them where they need to go. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend half the day fixing them ourselves. It is just part of the routine. We like being on this road because it is easy for the trucks to get in and out for deliveries. (248 words)
