Kannan Agro Product Private Limited

We operate Kannan Agro Product Private Limited from our place on Chinnaiyanpet Main Road. It’s right there in Thendral Nagar, part of the New Saram area. We’ve been at No. 38 for a good number of years. This isn't one of those big, shiny offices you see in the city center. It’s more of a working warehouse and office mixed together. We handle all sorts of agro products, mostly things that local farmers need or items they’ve produced. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much sometimes, especially when we’re trying to unload a truck. We’ve got a small team here. Some of us have been together since the start. We don’t really do big advertising campaigns. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years. We spend our days checking the quality of the goods and making sure everything is stored properly. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting bags and moving crates around. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up because we’re too busy on the floor. That’s just how it goes in a small business like ours. We’re just regular folks trying to make the agro business work in this part of Pondicherry. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the job, and hope for a good season for everyone involved in the farming cycle. It's practical work for a practical area like New Saram.
